UK Delivery Information

Your order will be dispatched on the same day or next working day after the order was placed and we aim to dispatch orders received before 12:00pm on the same working day. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. Working days are Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays).

Please note delivery times shown are not a guaranteed time frame and some items may take longer to arrive.

*Norther Ireland takes 5 days to arrive for Next Day Delivery. 10 days for Standard Delivery

 

International Delivery

International deliveries are taking significantly longer to arrive due to delays at borders, the effects of Brexit.

Please note that additional customs charges may apply for delivery to various countries. The person receiving the parcel is liable to pay for any charges relating to extra customs or taxation fees that are applied to the parcel at the time of arriving in the destination country. If you are unsure whether your country may apply any such charges, please make enquiries before placing an order, we are unfortunately not able to advise on what any possible fees may be as this varies widely between countries. We will not be liable to pay any additional custom fee or taxation fees relating to any orders placed with us so please make sure you are aware of any possible fees at the time of purchase.
