What information do we need to process an order?
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, the address to which your credit card is registered, your daytime telephone number, e-mail address, delivery address, card number and expiry date. For Switch cards, we will also need to know the issue number and for Maestro and Bank of Scotland cards, the valid from date.

How are your personal details kept secure?
A third party secure server is used throughout the transaction process. Transaction details are encrypted between your computer and the server, signified by the locked padlock symbol displayed in the corner of your browser window. Card details are typically sent directly to the Bank for processing and are not retained on any of our servers.

What if you do not want to use your credit card on the Internet?
Easy, just pick up the phone and call us on our free phone number 0800 035 0235 (please note that this number is free to call from a landline phone. You may be charged if you call from a mobile or phone booth). Our office hours are between 09.30 and 17.30 (UK time) Monday to Friday. After hours, messages can be left on our voice mail and will be returned on the next business day. All email messages will be answered with 2 working days.

From time to time we may make names and addresses from our mailing list available to reputable carefully selected companies whose products and services may be of interest to you. If you do not wish to receive such mailings please telephone us on 0800 035 0235 or email us at CustomerService@DERMATIQUE.co.uk.
