It is easy to order online!

• Click on Add to Cart Link next to the product or pack you want. This will take you to the shopping basket where you'll see details of product (s) you've selected.
  
  
• If you wish to order additional products - return to the shop and add further items to your basket by repeating the order process.
  
  
• You may remove products from your shopping basket or modify the contents at any time.
  
  
• If you want to return to the shopping basket from the shop, without adding further products - click on Checkout.
  
  
• When you're ready to send us your order, select your preferred method of payment - fill in your name, address and other details and press the Finalise Order button.
  
  
• When you press the OK button at the bottom of the order screen your order will be automatically and instantly received by us.
  
  
• You will then receive confirmation by email that your order has been received within ten minutes. If for any reason you haven't received confirmation within one hour, please email us. We'll investigate it, and get back to you.

You can phone your order with your credit/debit card details through to our Sales Department on 0800 035 0235, any time, 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are between 09.30 and 17.30 (UK time) Monday to Friday. After hours, messages can be left on our voice mail and will be returned on the next business day.
