Processing your order We endeavour to despatch your order on the day of receipt, provided your order is received before 2.30pm, Orders received after this time, over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be despatched the next business day. We cannot guarantee to always have stock of a product. If for any reason a product on your order is out of stock, we will call or email you to let you know and to offer you an alternative. We will also let you know when the product will be available, if we have this information available. Shipping charges UK: £2.95 *UK Special Next Day Delivery: you should order before 12.00 noon to have your order with you the next day. If you order after 12 noon, we will get your goods to you within 2 days. When you order on Friday, delivery will be on the following Monday. When you order at the weekend, delivery will be on the following Tuesday. All sales to UK (except Channel Islands) and European Union member states are subject to UK VAT. Carriage is not subject to VAT. Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All non EU, international deliveries include a customs sticker, notifying customs of the goods contained within the package. Delivery UK: sent via Royal Mail second class, and usually takes between 2 and 3 days. However, you should allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. Please note that delivery is by Royal Mail therefore DERMATIQUE.co.uk cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the postal system. Orders outside the UK: expect to receive your goods within 15 working days from the day you place your order, although most of the time the goods get to you earlier. If your order is delayed: If your order hasn't arrived, please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office to see if they have a parcel there for you. If, after 10 working days, you have not received your parcel, please let us know by email: CustomerService@DERMATIQUE.co.uk, telephone: 0800 035 0235 or fax: 020 8896 7419. We will deal with it immediately. Cancellation and Returns DERMATIQUE Please ensure that you retain proof of postage. We reserve the right not to pay for the cost of returning the goods to us. If any item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make arrangements for a replacement to be delivered to you.
